Meet Gail Humble, M.D., StoreForBeautifulSkin Medical Advisor.

Dr Humble is the President and Medical Director of Blue Pacific Aesthetic Medical Group, a renowned cosmetic dermatology practice located in Hermosa Beach California. She concentrates exclusively on non-surgical procedures to enhance, shape and improve her patients' faces and bodies.  With more than 20 years of education and experience she is well regarded in her field and is the recipient of The Best Of award by Easy Reader magazine.

A Northern California native, Dr Humble began her studies at the University of California at Davis where she graduated with the highest honors in Genetics. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, interned in General Surgery at the Michael Reese Medical Center in Chicago, and completed her residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Notable Works, Publications and Personal Appearances:

Dr Humble was the lead investigator in three US studies conducted for the approval by the FDA of Sculptra/New Fill; Sculptra (poly-l-lactic acid injectable) has subsequently been approved by the FDA for the treatment of facial wasting. 

She was also named as of the 12 physicians and clinical sites submitted by KMI to the FDA for a clinical study on the Featherlift or facial lifting with Aptos threads.  She acts as a consultant for Snofi-Aventis, Dermik labs, Contour threads, Surgical specialties and Radiesse, and is a frequent guest speaker on cosmetic dermatology seminars.

Dr Humble is the author of numerous articles on multiple soft tissue fillers for medical publications including Skin and Aging, Dermatology Times, Cosmetic times, and the Journal of Facial Plastic Surgery.  She has also been interviewed and quoted  by national magazines such as Anti-Aging and Cosmetic Surgery and W Magazine. 

While maintaining her belief that mirrors should reflect one's inner beauty, she has written multiple columns on health and beauty for local and national consumer magazines and regularly appears as a expert in non-surgical aesthetic medicine on both local and national television outlets (EXTRA!, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, KCOP-TV, KTTV-TV, and the Jane Pauley show).
